HDPE PE100 Distribution Pipes

Description

PE100 High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe – available in blue for potable water, black for pumped & pressurised gravity sewer systems and yellow for gas.
It can also be used in black and other bespoke colours as a duct in trenchless installations and hydroelectricity applications.

Manufactured from conventional PE100 (HDPE) material, solid wall polyethylene blue and black pipes are ideal for potable and non-potable water applications, specifically for pumped, gravity sewer and hydroelectricity purposes. With a capability to manufacture bespoke diameters up to 1200mm as well as non-standard lengths and SDRs, polyethylene pipes are ideal for use in pipe rehabilitation projects, as a liner for damaged metallic pipelines. Strong, lightweight and flexible, pipes can be joined together using standard electrofusion or butt-fusion jointing techniques.

Available in sizes 75mm up to 1200mm and SDR11 & SDR17 pressure ratings, the pipe is available in 6 metre & 12 metre lengths as well as 50 metre & 100 metre coils dependent upon the pipe diameter. Minimum order quantities may apply on some of the sizes.
