Silt Traps

Description

As part of our overall stormwater management system, Plastech (Western) Ltd supply silt traps which help the stormwater system work in an effective and efficient manner.

Silt traps are located upstream as part of an attenuation or infiltration drainage system. The basket contained within the body of the silt trap captures and retains silt as well as any larger particles which may wash in to it and preventing any form of ingress into the SUDS drainage system.

With a variety of options available from an outside diameter of 315mm and a height of 975mm with an inlet and outlet pipe diameter of 160mm, which can also be reduced down to 110mm by simply using our 160-110mm level invert reducers.

Our 320mm diameter covers can then be used to complete the installation.

Other diameters, depths, inlet and outlet sizes are available upon request.
