Test Plugs, Air Test Kits & Air Bags

Available in a range of materials, test plugs and air bags are for use where drain and sewer testing are required and available through Plastech (Western) Ltd. Used to carry out pressure testing on all types of pipe this testing is mandatory in many situations. Any new construction, whether it be a residential or commercial, must have a drain pressure test to meet regulations.

Air bags are an ideal solution where the access is smaller than the test diameter and are easily inflated for trouble free pipe sealing. There are a range of sizes supplied in the canvas air bag from 50mm – 4,000mm. These can also be supplied with the inflation tube in the centre to block off either side of a T. Canvas air bags fitted with a Schrader Valvecan be inflated using a hand pump which we also supply.
PVC air bags are available in a size range from 75mm to 450mm and can be inflated using a hand pump which we also supply.

Alongside the testing plugs and air bags, air testing kits, drain cleaning sets, drain rods, drain tracing dye and a multitude of other ancilliary products are also available.
