Description
Pole retention sockets come in to their own following a collision with an existing pole for ease of replacing the pole. Available with various options for duct entry such as if working at depth is an issue or working with armoured cable.
Developed with a retention mechanism for the permanent pole foundation, its isometric clamping action applies gripping pressure evenly, right around the pole. This is of particular benefit with many passively safe products made from softer materials such as aluminium or composite plastic.
The design of this retention socket was also an aesthetic improvement as its mechanism is more compact than the old side-locking versions and the stainless steel, decorative top covers can complement more attractive street designs.
